Currently in Phase III, the mural will illustrate the signing and significance of the Douglas Treaties, the founding of Victoria 150 years ago, and the establishment of the Township of Esquimalt. The astounding artwork explores the importance of interaction between First Nations and settlers and how that interaction shaped Victoria into what it is today — a thriving, bustling city centre.
